The Village Planning Board meetings are held as needed at the Village Municipal Building. Meetings are posted at the Village of Allegany office entrance.
The Planning Board works to promote the health, safety, and welfare of the Village of Allegany. It hears and determines all applications for Special Use Permits and does Site Plan Review and approval or denial. The Board also works with the Board of Trustees on local laws and with the Code Enforcement Officer.
